I'm an orange wine from the region of Lower Silesia. More specifically, from a village of Jakubow, where one of the Saint Jacob's trails cuts through on its way to Santiago de Compostela. I was grown on a south-facing slope for good sun exposure. Part of me was fermented in Georgian qvevri with wild yeast. I was not filtered.

Occasion: barbecue, dinner with friends

Aromas: lychee, orange, dried apricot

Variety: Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Traminer, Hibernal
