This is an orange natural wine made by Michal Pajdosz in his small winery located in Lower Silesia, Poland. More specifically, in a village of Jakubow, where one of the Saint Jacob's trails runs through on its way to Santiago de Compostela. All grapes came from Michal's vineyard and were grown on a south-facing slope, getting great sun exposure, therefore perfect ripeness. Part of the wine was fermented in Georgian qvevri with wild yeast. The wine wasn't filtered.
