An incredibly elegant Polish Pinot Noir from West Pomerania, with excellent ageing potential – although it is already fabulous to drink now. A great expression of Pinot Noir, combining red berry fruit with sweet spices from oak and savoury notes developed during ageing.
After 22 days on the skins, the wine spends 31 months in used Slavonian oak barrels. Strawberry and cranberry meet dried violet and plum, with layers of clove, nutmeg and cinnamon alongside forest floor and mushroom.
