A Polish representative of Nat'Cool Wines. Made with a blessing from Niepoort family themselves. It's a refreshing pet nat from Saint Vincent vineyard in Lubuskie region, where a female winemaker - Wiktoria Rypson - makes her cool wines. This one is a refreshing and juicy pet nat made from eight co-fermented grape varieties coming from Poland, Hungary and Austria. Sometimes less is more, sometimes it isn't. Unfiltered.
