A Polish answer to Champagne – and a marvellous one. Coeur de Cuvée is an elegant traditional-method sparkling wine from Lubuskie, made from Chardonnay, Auxerrois, Pinot Noir and Riesling. Twelve months on the lees bring a briochey, autolytic character alongside crisp citrus and green apple.
With zero dosage, it is dry, crunchy and fresh, with notes of lemon, green apple, biscuit, brioche, hay and nuts. A limited-edition sparkling wine made by Wiktoria at Saint Vincent.
