A Polish answer to Champagne – and a marvellous one. This traditional-method sparkling wine from Lubuskie is made entirely from Pinot Noir and spends 18 months on the lees, bringing together fresh fruit with classic autolytic notes of biscuit and brioche.
With zero dosage, the wine is dry, elegant and precise, showing lemon and green apple alongside brioche, hay and subtle nutty notes. A limited-edition Blanc de Noirs made by Wiktoria at Saint Vincent.
