Auxerrois & Chardonnay 2023, a.k.a. The Horse Wine. Dry white wine from one of the oldest vineyards in the region of Lubuskie, where Wiktoria makes her fabulous wines. Working horse of Alsace - Auxerrois met the legend - Chardonnay. The result is wonderful. 80% of the wine went through malolactic fermentation for extra roundness and buttery flavours. Fermented and aged in old French oak barrel.
