Sovinier Gris 2022 is a Polish sweet wine from Lubuskie, made from Souvignier Gris. With 100 g/l of residual sugar, it is rich and sweet while retaining freshness and balance.
The grapes are late-harvested and undergo appassimento before spontaneous fermentation, concentrating their flavours and sugars. The wine is aromatic and exotic, with notes of chamomile, grass, mango, candied lemon and dried pineapple. Bottled in a small 375 ml format.
