Solarctic 2023 is a Polish sweet wine from Lubuskie, made from Solaris. With 220 g/l of residual sugar, it is intensely sweet, but high acidity keeps the wine fresh and vibrant.
The wine is made using an unusual technique: after harvest, the grapes are chilled to -25°C before pressing, concentrating the sugars, acidity and flavours. The result is a rich, viscous wine with notes of orange, honey, candied pineapple and dried mango. Bottled in a small 360 ml format.
