Hib hob hooray! Hib-Hob is a fruity Polish Pet Nat from Lubuskie, made from the aromatic Hibernal grape variety. Hibernal brings plenty of tropical fruit to this lively, bubbly wine – think peach, pineapple and mango alongside lime, grapefruit and a touch of brioche.
Made using the ancestral method with spontaneous fermentation, no added sulphites and no filtration. A tropical, fruit-driven Pet Nat made for everyday celebrations.
