1983 is a vibrant Polish Pet Nat from Lubuskie, made from Souvignier Gris. In Poland, the wine is affectionately nicknamed “Kudłata”, meaning “bushy head”. Fresh, zesty and made for everyday celebrations.
Made using the ancestral method with no added sulphites and bottled unfiltered, it combines citrus and yellow apple with tropical notes of pineapple and lychee, alongside a touch of brioche.
