A zingy, citrusy pet nat from a hilly area near Wrocław. Made by Nestor, who runs his 3.1 hectare vineyard - Moderna - practising regenerative viticulture and applying a less is more philosophy to grape growing and winemaking. Notes of citrus, green apple, brioche and yeast. Perfect interpretation of Johanniter grape variety and an ideal summer drink. Moderna labels feature modernist buildings of Wrocław, reflecting Nestor's love for modernist architecture. Guess where the winery's name comes from!
