Pinot Noir from the region of Lower Silesia. Made by Nestor, who runs his 3.1 hectare vineyard - Moderna, applying a less is more philosophy to grape growing and winemaking. This Pinot Noir was picked by hand to ensure optimal ripeness and quality of grapes. Then the wine was fermented and aged in old French oak barrels. Ruby-coloured, juicy with hints of oak and silky tannins. Goes great with poultry, cheese and truffle dishes.
