Dry white wine from the region of Lower Silesia. Made by Nestor, who runs his 3.1 hectare vineyard - Moderna, applying a less is more philosophy to grape growing and winemaking. The Johanniter grapes were picked by hand to ensure optimal ripeness and quality. The wine was fermented in stainless steel to maintain its fruitiness and refreshing acidity. This is a great and typical expression of Johanniter - fruity, aromatic and very drinkable. Great on its own, with seafood or green vegetable dishes.
