Cabernet Cortis a its best. Made by Nestor, who runs his 3.1 hectare vineyard - Moderna - practising regenerative viticulture and applying a less is more philosophy to grape growing and winemaking. Cabernet Cortis is an offspring of Cabernet Sauvignon and it shines through with notes of blackcurrant leaf, cooked berries and grippy tannins. Can be drunk but also has ageing potential. Moderna labels feature modernist buildings of Wrocław, reflecting Nestor's love for modernist architecture. Guess where the winery's name comes from!
