It's an aromatic natural white wine from the region of Lower Silesia. More specifically, from a village of Jakubow, where one of the Saint Jacob's trails runs through on its way to Santiago de Compostela. It's a 4-hectare vineyard where Michał Pajdosz grows his grapes on a south-facing slope. Hibernal is a very aromatic variety thanks to one of its parents - Riesling - and this wine is a great representative of the variety. It's a non-vintage since it's a blend of several reserve batches from different vintages. Produced in small quantities so only a handful of bottles available.
