An orange natural wine from the region of Lower Silesia. More specifically, from a village of Jakubow, where one of the Saint Jacob's trails runs through on its way to Santiago de Compostela. It was grown on a south-facing slope for good sun exposure, therefore optimal ripeness. It was fermented with wild yeast and macerated on skins for over 6 weeks to extract the tannins and aromas. Part was fermented in Georgian qvevri and part in an oak barrel. It's elegant and silky. Unfiltered.
