I'm an orange wine from the region of Lower Silesia. More specifically, from a village of Jakubow, where one of the Saint Jacob's trails cuts through on its way to Santiago de Compostela. I was grown on a south-facing slope for good sun exposure. I was fermented with wild yeast and macerated on skins for over 6 weeks to extract the tannins and aromas. Part of me was fermented in Georgian qvevri and part of me in an oak barrel. I'm elegant and silky. I was not filtered.
