A dry Chardonnay hailing from a beautiful, hilly area near Wrocław. Made by Nestor, who runs his 3.1 hectare vineyard - Moderna, applying a less is more philosophy to grape growing and winemaking. Yellow and stone fruit, a bit of ageing notes (almond, hay) and texture in the mouth coming from the lees. Moderna labels feature modernist buildings of Wrocław, reflecting Nestor's love for modernist architecture. Guess where the winery's name comes from!
