I'm an aromatic white wine from the region of Lower Silesia. More specifically, from a village of Jakubow, where one of the Saint Jacob's trails cuts through on its way to Santiago de Compostela. I was grown on a south-facing slope for good sun exposure. I was fermented with wild yeast, and in stainless steel to highlight my aromatic nature.

Occasion: dinner, date night 

Aromas: apple, pear, white pepper, ginger, hay
