I'm a dessert wine from the region of Lubuskie. I'm sweet (100g residual sugar) but well balanced by my acidity so I'm not cloying. I was made via appassimento method, i.e.: I was dried out on straw mats for several months before I was pressed to allow me to concentrate sugars and flavours. I was then fermented with wild yeast. I'm in a small bottle because I'm special.
