This cheeky sparkling monkey comes from the region of Lubuskie, from one of the oldest vineyards in the region, where a young female winemaker - Wiktoria - experiments with her grapes to create the most remarkable natural wines. This Polish pet nat has no added sulphites and wasn't filtered.
