I'm an elegant Pinot Noir from one of the oldest vineyards in the region of Lubuskie. I'm juicy but well polished. I spent 6 moths in an oak barrel, adding a tad of vanilla and cedar to my aroma repertoire. I also developed notes of earthiness and mushroom since 2022. I'm more demure than brat. 

Occasion: date night, dinner
