Riesling Botrytis 2022 is a Polish sweet Riesling from Lubuskie, made with 80% botrytis-affected grapes. The vineyard lies on a beautiful slope overlooking the Oder River in western Poland.
Despite its 54 g/l of residual sugar, the wine remains fresh and vibrant thanks to Riesling’s high acidity. Noble rot adds complexity to the ripe fruit, with notes of lemon, peach, mango, ginger, honey, beeswax and dried apricot. Produced in small quantities and bottled in a 375 ml format.
