It's an aromatic natural white wine from the region of Lower Silesia. More specifically, from a village of Jakubow, where one of the Saint Jacob's trails runs through on its way to Santiago de Compostela. It was grown on a south-facing slope for good sun exposure, therefore optimal quality. It was fermented with wild yeast, and in stainless steel to highlight its aromatic nature.
Aromas: apple, pear, white pepper, ginger, hay
Variety: Traminer, Muscat, Solaris
