It's an aromatic natural white wine from the region of Lower Silesia. More specifically, from a village of Jakubow, where one of the Saint Jacob's trails runs through on its way to Santiago de Compostela. It's a 4-hectare vineyard where Michał Pajdosz grows his grapes on a south-facing slope.
