Refreshing white wine from one of the most well-known Polish winemakers - Kamil Barczentewicz. The vineyard is located near Kazimierz Dolny, a historic town overlooking the Vistula River, in the Lubelskie region of eastern Poland. Grown on a south-facing limestone slope, the Pinot Blanc grapes were fermented using wild yeast and spent 11 months in a concrete egg, resulting in greater complexity and texture. Unfiltered.
